About Me
meet your health coach
If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’ve thought about making changes to your health before. Maybe you’ve tried starting over more times than you can count, felt overwhelmed by conflicting advice, or struggled to stay consistent when life got busy. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
For a long time, I believed wellness meant strict eating habits and intense exercise routines. Like many people, I found myself caught in the cycle of chasing perfection and feeling discouraged when things didn’t go as planned. Over time, I realized that lasting health isn’t built by trying to do everything perfectly. It’s built by understanding why your health matters to you and creating habits that fit your real life.
That realization inspired me to combine my personal experience with professional training. I hold a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from Carleton University, a Graduate Certificate in Wellness Coaching from Humber Polytechnic, and I’m a Registered Health Coach™ (RHC™) through the Health Coach Alliance. My education and experience has given me the tools to better understand how people create meaningful, lasting change — not through willpower alone, but by building habits that are realistic, sustainable, and rooted in what matters most.
My Approach
I don’t believe there’s one “right” way to be healthy because everyone’s life looks different.
Rather than handing you a rigid plan to follow, I work alongside you to understand what’s important to you, what’s getting in the way, and what kind of changes feel realistic for your lifestyle. Together, we’ll build habits that support your goals, your values, and the life you want to live.
My role isn’t to tell you what your health should look like. It’s to help you discover what meaningful, lasting change looks like for you.
Why I Coach This Way
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that you are the expert in your own life.
You know your routines, responsibilities, challenges, and motivations better than anyone else. My role isn’t to have all the answers — it’s to help you uncover your “why,” and support you as you build habits that align with what matters most to you.
What You Can Expect
When we work together, you can expect a supportive, judgment-free space where progress matters more than perfection.
We’ll celebrate your wins, work through setbacks together, and adjust your goals as life changes. My goal is to help you build confidence, create sustainable habits, and feel empowered to make choices that support your health for the long term.
